Our Sweet Little Rosie

We lost our sweet little Rosie on Sunday. She got hit by a car and we found her in the morning. It's so hard to tell the kids ,thats when being a parent is not fun. The girls wrote her a little letter to put with her in her grave. Joey soooo did not understand and he is still asking about it today. We will miss Rosie she was a very sweet dog. She loved to hunt the little cotton tells that we have running around here. She would catch one every once in a while. Goodbye Rosie.

  1. My deepest sympathy to you and your family on the loss of your beloved little Rosie. She looks like such a sweet dog, I'm sorry that her life was taken so suddenly and I pray she didn't suffer.

In our state, it's the law that if a dog or cat is hit by a car the driver has to stop and notify the owners and/or law enforcement. How sad to find her gone, it's a shame the driver didn't have the decency to stop and atleast admit that he hit Rosie. Even if it was by accident he or she should have taken responsiblility and let her owners know before she was found.

I feel strongly about all animals but especially when they are a family's companion pet. So sorry for your loss.

    Blessings, Sher

  2. I am so very sorry for your loss. It is true, being a parent is difficult in a time like this because we can not make it better. Be strengthened.

  3. So sorry to hear about your family's loss. It's hard on the adults, but super hard on the kids that just don't understand.

    Praying for all of you.

    God's Blessings,

    Amy Jo
